The harsh and cruel winter weather is undoubtedly a test for the small loaders that can create wealth for us. Winter precautions for MOUNTAIN RAISE wheel loaders:
1. It is relatively difficult to use a small loader in winter. It is recommended that each start should not exceed 8 seconds. If it cannot be started, the start switch should be released, and the second start can be performed after stopping for 1 minute. After the engine is started, idling for a period of time (not too long, too long will cause carbon deposits on the inner wall of the cylinder and cylinder pulling phenomenon), one is to charge the battery, and the other is to make the water temperature reach 55℃ and the air pressure to 0.4Mpa, then Start driving again.
2. Generally, the temperature is below 5℃. Before starting the engine, water or steam should be heated for preheating, and the engine should be preheated to above 30-40℃ before starting (mainly preheating the temperature of the cylinder, and then heating the temperature of the mist diesel. Because the general diesel engine is compression ignition type); however, Shanyu loaders now have a preheating system, which can be easily started in winter.
3. Full load operation is allowed only when the water temperature of the diesel engine is higher than 55℃ and the oil temperature is higher than 45℃; the water temperature and oil temperature of the engine during operation should not exceed 95℃, and the oil temperature of the torque converter should not exceed 110 ℃;
4. When the temperature is lower than 0℃, the cooling water in the water tank, engine, oil cooler and torque converter oil cooler should be discharged after work every day to avoid freezing and cracking; there is water vapor in the air reservoir, which is often discharged. Prevent freezing, causing brake failure. If antifreeze has been added, do not release it.
5. If the vehicle in the warehouse is not used for more than half a month, the engine must be started every 15 days and run for a period of time to charge the battery. If it takes too long, please remove the battery and use the charger for charging (wait at the dealer) The same is true for vehicles with pinned pins), and at the same time, move appropriately to change the pressure part of the tire to prevent tire deformation; the vehicle needs to be parked for more than two months, and the negative electrode of the battery must be disconnected or removed;
6. The usage of fuel oil, lubricating oil coolant and auxiliary materials used in small loaders is as follows:
① The diesel engine uses -10# light diesel oil, and in cold areas, uses -35# light diesel oil;
②The engine oil of diesel engine adopts CD grade.
7. When the temperature is lower than 0℃, the concentration of antifreeze should be checked regularly, and the use of untreated water as engine coolant is prohibited.
