The safety hazards often exist in loaders:
1. Only when the engine water temperature and du lubricating oil temperature reach the specified value can the full load and load operation be carried out. When the water temperature and oil temperature exceed 363K (90°C), stop and find the reason, and wait until the water temperature is lower than 363K (90°C). It can work only when it is time, otherwise it will damage the engine.
2. It is prohibited to shovel cargo when the front and rear car bodies form an angle. Before picking up the goods, make the front and rear car bodies form a straight line, align and approach the pile, and make the bucket parallel to the ground, and then pick up the goods.
3. Except for bulk grain, high-speed gear is not allowed to pick up goods.
4. It is not allowed to raise the bucket while driving.
5. The loading of the bucket should be balanced, and the bucket should not be loaded with heavy cargo.
6. The loading vehicle is a vehicle used for loading and short-distance transportation of bulk materials. The use of buckets for excavation operations is prohibited.
7. The driver should put the bucket on the ground before leaving the vehicle. It is forbidden for the driver to leave the vehicle when the bucket is suspended.
8. It is strictly forbidden to stand under the lifted bucket or perform maintenance operations. If the vehicle must be inspected when the bucket is raised, support measures should be taken to ensure that the bucket is firm and reliable.
9. It is forbidden to use a bucket to lift personnel to engage in high altitude operations.
10. It is forbidden to shovel and load ship's materials directly on the shore of the wharf.
11. When working under overhead pipelines, the bucket should be careful not to touch the obstacles above when lifting. When working under high-voltage transmission lines, the bucket should also maintain a sufficient safe distance from the transmission line.
12. When dumping materials for a truck, do not scratch the vehicle when the bucket is tipped forward, and the unloading action should be relaxed. When unloading, pay attention to the bucket not to scratch the carriage. During the pushing or leveling operation, the operating conditions should be observed at any time, and if the vehicle is found to be blocked from moving forward, it should be operated cautiously and not forced forward.
13. After parking, put the reversing joystick to the central position, and install the front and rear car body safety connecting rods.
